BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE RULES.1. All my services are done through Paypal (goods and services)
2. All my prices are in USD
3. I take payment before starting the commission. For larger commissions (80+) I am okay with split payments, before and after the sketch.
4. I have the right to refuse any commission on any basis. I do not owe you an explanation as to why i decline and you must respect my decision.
5. I may issue a refund if i am not able to complete your commission. A full refund will be issued if i have not started or the sketch is completed
6. There are no refunds after a commission is completed.
7. My turn around time can vary a lot. You are able to request a refund after 2 months have passed from your initial payment. Do not rush me. You may bump me occassionally (2-3 times a month) but excessive messaging is not tolerated.
